A Journey Beyond Limits
Through sand, forest, and the self.
When we arrived, the whole group warmed up together. A few simple movements, a few deep breaths, and the journey began.
The path led us across white sand dunes, through shrubs and larger forest canopies, before opening onto the blue sea at Bai Rang.
It was not a race. Some walked quickly, others slowly. At times, the whole group paused simply to hear their own heartbeat more clearly.
Along the way, Dien Chan became a way to care for the body while in motion: relaxing the muscles, supporting circulation, and helping tired legs continue with more ease.
At the sea, everyone immersed themselves in the cool water. The fatigue dissolved quickly, as if the waves had carried away the heaviest part of the day.
Between each breath and every step, limits suddenly became thoughts that could be overcome.
